You will receive a Promissory Note from Vastu Development Fund, LLC, stating the above terms.
The collateral is the assets of Vastu Development Fund, LLC. The assets are the right to collect the payments from the government grant contracts.
Before sending funds, contact us by phone or email. There is a limited amount of investment funds that can be accepted at any time. The fund only accepts funds up to the security value of the grant-payment contracts. As of July 1, 2023, the fund can accept up to $900,000. Grant applications are in the works for the MIU North Campus Ridge, which, if awarded, would open investment opportunities for $2,20o,000 to $4,700,000 in November of 2024.

For those willing to invest $1,000,000 or more ($900,000 + fees), the investment can qualify you for a US green card. The net interest rate for the EB5 investor will be lower, in the range of 0.5% to 1% APR over the 5-year period, after factoring in the immigration legal fees. Please contact us for details.
